Here a few smoothie One Day Diet recipes to get you started; Remember no fruit juice, bananas or citrus are included:

Sunny Morning Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh (cold) pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 3 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup deeply steeped ginger, lemon or berry tea or 1 cup water.
  • optional is a small slice of fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ginger root powder

Blend and enjoy. Notice that there is less than 1 cup of fruit.  It is important not to carb it up or over eat when you are doing the One Day Diet recipes but also not to take the fun out of life.
