One Day Diet Recipes – Protein Chocolate Berry Smoothie recipe on your off days when you still want to lose and yet not feel like you are dieting OR for the days you decide to replace a meal or two but not do the 1-day diet for the whole day.

One Day Diet Recipes: One Day Protein Chocolate Berry Smoothie

  • Use one scoop of Rich Chocolate or Creamy Vanilla  One Day Protein
    We recommend the Rich Chocolate for this shake to make it a decadent shake with berries, cocoa and coffee added.
  • 1 cup water (or fat free milk, fat free plain yogurt or fat free unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries – raspberries taste best
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder or raw cacao powder even better for you
  • optional: 1/2 banana or use a baby banana
  • optional: 1/4 cup brewed black coffee (cold)
  • optional: stevia to taste
  • optional: add ice for an ice creamy/frappe texture
  • optional: 1/2 cup spinach

One 1/2 scoop of Creamy Vanilla or Rich Chocolate One Day Protein on a diet day can replace eating 3 tablets so this doesn’t make a big difference but can make all the world of difference if you feel a little temptation.

You don’t actually taste the spinach but it adds greens for detoxing, magnesium, calcium and a whole lot of great nutrition.
