One Day Diet Recipes: Remember no fruit juice, bananas or citrus are included:

Mango Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 small slice fresh papaya
  • 1 cup deeply steeped ginger tea or water
  • optional: add a small slice of fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ginger root powder

One 1/2 scoop of Creamy Vanilla or Rich Chocolate One Day Protein on a diet day can replace eating 3 tablets so this doesn’t make a big difference but can make all the world of difference if you feel a little temptation.

Blend and enjoy. Notice that there is less than 1 cup of fruit.  It is important not to carb it up or over eat when you are doing the One Day Diet recipes but also not to take the fun out of life.
