HOW TO USE One Day Diet Wafers:
Rotate every other day between a “Diet Day 1” and a “Food Day 1“. Eat three well-balanced meals, with an 8 oz. glass of water before your two largest meals.
On “Diet Days” eat (20-25) wafers – (2) each hour followed by 8 oz. glass of water. This depends upon if you want to do 2 wafers for 12 hours or 3 each hour for 8 hours. Each time you must drink a glass of water. It is up to you but not more than 25 per day. Each bottle is for 20-32 days; 10-16 dieting and 10-16 non dieting days. Most people use 20 wafers total for about 12 hours each day, which will turn out to be 10 diet days and 10 off diet days.
