One Day Diet Recipes – Protein Mocha Protein Shake smoothie recipe is for the days when you feel you need a little more OR for the days you decide to replace a meal or two but not do the 1-day diet for the whole day.

One Day Protein Shake

  • Use one scoop of Rich Chocolate or Creamy Vanilla  One Day Protein
    We recommend the Creamy Vanilla since cocoa and coffee will be added.
  • Add 1/2 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 cup water or fat free milk or fat free almond milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed black coffee (cold)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons Hersheys or other cocoa powder
  • optional stevia to taste
  • optional:  add ice for an ice creamy/frappe texture

One 1/2 scoop of Creamy Vanilla or Rich Chocolate One Day Protein on a diet day can replace eating 3 tablets so this doesn’t make a big difference but can make all the world of difference if you feel a little temptation.

You don’t actually taste the spinach but it adds greens for detoxing and calcium
