Diet One Day (formerly called One Day Diet Wafers) -Day 1 (On Day – Non-Food Day):
Use one day diet wafers and eat fruit (or you can add our negative calorie soup to any diet or non diet day to help as well.).  Some people break them up over so many hours; such as 2 each hours for 7 hours.  Remember to eat fruit as well.  Don’t forget to drink lots of water whether it be the One Day Diet, Diet One Day or any diet you choose.

Diet One Day (formerly called One Day Diet Wafers) – Day 2 (Off Day – Food-Day):
Eat what you want.  Either way you “could” eat healthier on these days but don’t have to.  Choose a diet of healthy foods is possible but really you can pretty much eat what you want within reason.  Do your best on the non-diet days.  Let’s just say that with any diet you go on you will do better the sooner you begin to change your lifestyle.  Is it necessary? No.  But will it help in the long run?  Yes.  Always do your best.  You CAN use the diet one day and not the next or you can replace snacks or single meals with the One Day Diet and Diet One Day wafers.  This will speed up the process but is not necessary to the weight loss.

You continue this pattern until  you fit the clothes you want and like what you see in the mirror.  Don’t you love a little something to will speed up your weight loss without stimulants or caffeine?  You can also begin to use them as meal replacements when you are no longer needing to lose weight but would like to maintain more easily.

What is the difference between the One Day Diet and the Two Day Diet, the One Year Diet, the One Day Fast Diet and the Three Day Diet?
Other diets are for more than one day. Does that sound to simple an answer? Well, it is because the One Day Diet simply is just for one day at a time. We are not asking you to stick to a diet for 2 days or even 3 days. It is just a matter of eating the One Day Diet wafers for 1 day and then eating normally for the next day. Can you do that? Then you just rinse and repeat.

You see, most people can do a diet for one day but it is the idea of not knowing when it will end. With One Day Diet it ends at the end of the day.  Even Dr. Oz talks about the One Day Diet and how a diet one day is easier than imagining dieting for months.

Can I really eat what I want the next day?
Yes you can. The thing you want to ask yourself is after you are so successful for one day, do you really just want to reward yourself in a gluttonous, self indulgent way the next. Or, do you want to reward yourself for the work of that one day? Just eat like a normal person the next day and try to eat healthier, just because it will help you with health, NOT because you are tied to a diet menu plan.

No, you do not stay on the diet for 2 or 3, 4 or 5 days. That is not the way it works. You have to diet one day and then eat the next so that your metabolism can be tricked into supercharging first and then using that boost the next day as you eat. Are they One Day Diet Pills?
Diet One Day (formerly called One Day Diet Wafers) is not a pill, a capsule or a gel cap. It is not liquid either but it is wafers. Some people call them food tabs but whatever you call them, they are yummy little almost like candy like wafers in Malted Chocolate and Malted Vanilla. They are actually very pleasant tasting. Another question we hear often – “Is the One Day Diet healthy?
I have addressed a little of that above, but the answer is simply YES. There are few diet strategies better than fasting but the one day diet allows you to fast in a easy way. Your body does not have a lot of junk going into it on your diet days and yet the One Day Diet Wafers are packed with vitamins, minerals and protein to give you the boost you will need that day. Also, an added benefit is that you will be able to eat fruit on that day as well. Any time you give yourself fruit you give yourself vitamins in a higher dose. What is the One Day Fast Diet?
